Practice - Being One with the Light of your Soul

Here is a simple practice to bring illumination, connection and support. We are all sparks of the Divine. And we belong to a Soul Group. Each one of us is a soul extension, connected to 11 other soul extensions. So let us bring this light and support down from our Soul.

Sit comfortably where you won’t be disturbed. Close your eyes. Take a few deep breaths and imagine or visualise that thick golden roots are growing at the base of your feet and going deep into the centre of Mother Earth, anchoring into the Universal Crystal present at the Heart of Gaia. Feel the support and the anchoring energy of Mother Earth.

Begin by reciting the Soul Mantra three times

I AM the Soul

I AM Light Divine

I AM Love

I AM Will

I AM Fixed Design

Bring your awareness over your head and visualise, see or imagine a bright white light coming down from your soul/higher self. Allow this light to flow down your chakra column and to fill up your physical and energetic bodies. Feel this light around you like a warm hug.

Now begin to sense the light flow through you and touch each and every cell of your body. Feel unconditional love and support flow to you. Sense that anything that is not love simply cannot exist in this space. See your divine light shine bright and radiate outwards. 

Tune in to your soul group and sense your connection. It’s like coming home. Sense and feel your wholeness. In this moment, You are totally expressing your true essence and rejuvenating each and every cell and particle of your being. 

In this space all your soul qualities like love, kindness, integrity, authenticity, self power are radiant and alive. Create from this space, what is it that you want to bring to yourself and others? Your vision is supported by your soul group. 

Live from this Space of personal power, illumination and connection.

When you feel complete intuitively balance your chakras and aura. And release any excess energy from your body into Mother Earth through your golden roots.
