Practice - Archangel Sphere of Illumination and Protection

This practice helps you connect with the Archangels and surround yourself with their light, guidance, and protection. Just as clothing protects your physical body, spiritual protection creates layers of light around your energy field, supporting healthy boundaries and keeping your energy clear, balanced, and uplifted.

Begin by closing your eyes and taking a few slow, deep breaths. Allow yourself to relax and become fully present in this moment.

Now, invite Archangel Gabriel and Archangel Hope to stand before you. Feel their pure white light and the Ray of Purification flowing toward you, cleansing and uplifting your energy.

Invite Archangel Michael and Archangel Faith to stand on your right side. Experience their sapphire-blue light surrounding you with courage, strength, confidence, and protection.

Invite Archangel Raphael and Archangel Mary to stand behind you. Allow their beautiful emerald-green and aquamarine light to surround you, bringing healing, wellbeing, harmony, and abundance consciousness.

Invite Archangel Uriel and Archangel Aurora to stand to your left side. Feel their radiant golden light filling you with wisdom, inspiration, clarity, and divine guidance.

Now invite Archangel Metatron and the Seraphim, Seraphina, to stand above you. Feel their magnificent orange-gold light pouring down through your crown chakra, illuminating every part of your being. Allow this sacred light to bring higher wisdom, divine illumination, spiritual protection, and a deeper connection to your soul’s purpose.

Next, invite Archangel Sandalphon and Archangel Gersisa to stand below you. Feel their grounding energy anchoring you deeply into the Earth. Allow their beautiful silver light to rise up through your feet, bringing balance, stability, and a strong connection between Heaven and Earth.

Now become aware of all these beautiful rays of light blending together around you—sapphire blue, emerald green, aquamarine, golden, orange-gold, silver, and pure white—forming a magnificent sphere of illumination, connection, balance, and protection.

Take a few moments to sit within this sacred sphere. Feel safe, supported, grounded, guided, and deeply loved.

As this sphere becomes brighter and stronger around you, know that it will remain with you throughout your day, supporting your highest good and protecting your energy wherever you go.
